Our story

We built Woozi becausewe needed it ourselves.

Woozi was born inside a home-care company that kept its circle small on purpose, until word spread and the messages never stopped.

Chapter 1

Woozi started with a good problem.

Woozi was born inside Care Excellence, our home-care company.

From the start, we made a choice most businesses don't: we keep our circle small. Around 50 families at a time, so every client has a carer who knows them, and a team that picks up when they call. We could grow faster. We'd rather be the company families trust.

That choice had a side effect we never planned for. Families talked. A daughter told a colleague, a neighbour told a friend, and soon people everywhere wanted us.

And they wrote from everywhere.

Some wanted to book a visit. Some asked for a place on our waiting list. Some just needed someone to tell them what to do next. Every one of them deserved a kind, fast answer, even when that answer was "not yet".

Our team was spending its days answering messages, instead of caring for people.

Chapter 2

We tried to hand it off.

The obvious answer was to hand the messages to someone else. We looked at agencies and outside teams. It didn't work, for two reasons:

Too expensive

Far more than a small business can justify just to answer questions.

Too much to trust

Health details, home addresses, family worries, handed to people outside our control.

Chapter 3

So we built our own, one rule at a time.

We started with a list. Not of features, but of the questions families asked us every single day: How much does a carer cost? Can someone come this week? Do you have space for my mother? If those could be answered well, instantly, our team would get its days back.

Then, before writing a single line of code, we wrote down the rules. Because these weren't just messages. They were people at some of the hardest moments of their lives.

We tried it on our own inbox first, with our own families. We read every reply it sent. We fixed what felt cold, we taught it what it didn't know, and we watched the waiting times shrink.

Then one evening a family wrote to us late at night, and by the time we woke up, they had an answer, a visit booked, and a reminder on its way. Nobody on our team had lifted a finger. That was the moment Woozi stopped being a side project.

01

Never guess. If it doesn't know, it says so, and brings in a person.

02

Stay kind, even when the answer is "not yet".

03

What a family shares stays with our team. Nobody else reads it.

04

A human is always one step away.

Chapter 4

Now it works for businesses everywhere.

Today Woozi answers every family who reaches Care Excellence, day or night, while our team stays focused on the people who count on us. Nobody waits. Nobody is ignored. And our circle stays small by choice, not because we can't keep up.

Along the way we noticed something. The salon that's fully booked, the clinic with a waiting list, the coach everyone recommends: the better you are, the more messages you get.

So we opened Woozi to all of them, with the same care we built it with.

What that means for you

Built withextra caution.

Our first conversations were about people's families and health. So the rules we set for ourselves then are the rules every Woozi account gets today.
